It shows the violet-tufted hummingbird (Trochilus Petasphorus), Natterer's hummingbird (Trochilus Scutatus), tufted coquette (Trochilus Ornatus), Audenet's hummingbird (Trochilus Audenetii), Viellot's hummingbird (Trochilus Chalybeus) and the magnificent hummingbird (Trochilus Magnificus). These prints originate from volume 1 of 'Naturgeschichte der Colibris' by W. Jardine. Published by C.A. Hartleben, 1837.
